- How do deposits and remaining balances work?
- At the showroom you record the deposit and delivery date. Accounting treats the deposit as a liability until delivery, then recognizes revenue and collects the balance when the order is delivered.
- Can I sell a full room set with separate components?
- Yes. Define the set with all components and quantities. When you prepare the order for delivery, the system deducts each component from stock based on the set setup.
- What is the difference between set components and custom materials?
- Set components are finished products sold together (for example sofa and table). Custom materials are raw inputs (wood, fabric, foam) consumed when you manufacture the piece.
- Is there serial or IMEI tracking in furniture?
- No. Furniture focuses on product attributes, delivery, installation, and deposits. Serial tracking is for electronics and appliances.

- كيف يتعامل النظام مع العربون والمبلغ المتبقي؟
- عند البيع في المعرض تُسجَّل قيمة العربون وموعد التسليم. ويبقى العربون في الحسابات التزاماً على المحل، ثم يُثبت الإيراد ويُحصَّل المتبقي عند التوصيل للعميل.
- هل يمكنني بيع طقم غرفة كامل بمكونات منفصلة؟
- نعم. عرّف الطقم بمكوناته وكمية كل منها، وعند تجهيز الطلب للتوصيل يخصم النظام كل مكوّن من المخزون حسب إعداد الطقم.
- ما الفرق بين مكونات الطقم وخامات التفصيل؟
- مكونات الطقم أصناف جاهزة تُباع معاً، مثل الكنب والطاولة. أما خامات التفصيل فهي المواد التي تُستهلك في تصنيع القطعة، مثل الخشب والقماش والإسفنج.
- هل يوجد تتبع بالرقم التسلسلي أو IMEI في قسم الأثاث؟
- لا. نشاط الأثاث في النظام يركّز على خصائص القطع والعربون والتوصيل والتركيب. أما تتبع الرقم التسلسلي فهو لنشاط الإلكترونيات والأجهزة.
