- Do you support retention and advance recovery?
- Yes. Owner and subcontractor progress certificates (مستخلص) calculate retention and advance recovery on issue, post retention receivable or payable to the general ledger, and update the project balance. Print interim or final certificates on A4 from the project.
- Can I import my bill of quantities from Excel?
- Yes. Download the BOQ template, paste the lines from your quantity surveyor's sheet, and import to replace or append. Item codes match catalog SKUs or spec codes, and measured units such as m³, m², and tonnes are supported.
- How is job profitability tracked?
- Each project has its own cost center. The Profitability tab rolls up posted revenue and costs (materials, subcontract, labor, equipment), retention held, and advance outstanding, with a link to the general ledger filtered by that center.
- Do I need e-invoicing set up before I can bill?
- No. Certificates and commercial invoices work immediately in testing mode. Switch on electronic tax invoicing later from settings without changing how you bill projects.

- نعم. مستخلصات المالك ومقاول الباطن تحسب استقطاع ضمان الأعمال وخصم الدفعة المقدمة عند الإصدار، وترحّل ذمم الضمان في دفتر الأستاذ، وتحدّث رصيد المشروع. يمكنك طباعة مستخلص جاري أو ختامي A4 من المشروع.
- هل أستطيع استيراد جدول الكميات من Excel؟
- نعم. نزّل نموذج جدول الكميات، والصق البنود من ملف مهندس الكميات، واستورد بالاستبدال أو الإضافة. رمز البند يُطابَق مع رمز الصنف أو المواصفة، والوحدات مثل م³ وم² والطن مدعومة.
- كيف تُتابع ربحية المشروع؟
- لكل مشروع مركز تكلفة خاص. تبويب الربحية يجمع الإيراد والتكاليف المرحّلة (مواد، باطن، عمالة، معدات) والضمان المحتجز والدفعة المقدمة المتبقية، مع رابط لدفتر الأستاذ على هذا المركز.
- هل أحتاج تفعيل الفوترة الإلكترونية قبل الفوترة؟
- لا. المستخلصات والفواتير التجارية تعمل فوراً في وضع التجربة، وتفعّل الفواتير الضريبية الإلكترونية لاحقاً من الإعدادات دون تغيير طريقة فوترة المشاريع.
