- Can I find a part by OEM number or VIN?
- Yes. POS search matches OEM numbers, cross-references, bins, and fitment. You can also filter by year, make, and model, or paste a VIN to read the model year and make.
- What if the requested part is out of stock?
- Link interchangeable SKUs on the part. When the cashier adds it, POS shows the equivalents so you can sell the alternative brand right away.
- How do warranty returns work?
- Each sale line records the warranty months and end date. Refund with the part warranty reason and Noqaat confirms coverage, restocks the part, and reverses the sale in treasury and the general ledger.
- Can I import my existing parts list?
- Yes. The auto parts CSV template includes OEM number, cross-refs, fitment, bin location, condition, equivalent SKUs, and warranty months, and you can export the catalog in the same format.

- نعم. قالب CSV لقطع الغيار يتضمن الرقم الأصلي والأرقام البديلة والتطبيق وموقع الرف وحالة القطعة والأصناف المكافئة وأشهر الضمان، ويمكنك تصدير الأصناف بالصيغة نفسها.
